We will do our utmost to ensure that your requirements are fully satisfied.

Post to U.K  Channel islands and Ireland only.

Please note; we are usually unable to post orders on either a  Saturday or a Monday.

CHRISTMAS our last posting day before Christmas will be  Thursday 13th December 2012

Postage to Europe and worldwide.

Please see the section regards postage costs for orders outside U.K it is to be found on the headings list right beneath Charlies rock shop  header on the opening page from there you can add the relevent amount to your shopping cart ,if you are unsure please contact us so  we may help you or customise your postage for you.

 Availability

All items are subject to availability. If the goods you have ordered are not available we will contact you as soon as possible.

Substitution

In limited circumstances we may offer a suitable substitute product. If this proves to be unwanted we will reimburse you for the return postage. 

Returns

Goods broken or damaged in transit are to be returned within 7 - 14 days of receipt. This is to include a covering letter detailing the address the item was originally sent to and whether a refund or replacement is required.

Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge and return postage refunded.

Unwanted goods are to be returned within 7 - 14 days of receipt.  

Ordering Errors

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'submit' on the final page of our ordering process. Should you have any queries please contact us through the shop in shop hours.

Accuracy of content

Charlie's Rock Shop has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all items have been fairly described. 

Please note, there will be some natural variations between individual pieces. We will endeavour to supply a piece similar in quality and value to the piece pictured on the website within the parameters of this being a natural product that will vary in shape, size and colour.

To aid this we will update the photographs at regular intervals to reflect the current stock.

Damage to your Computer

Charlie's Rock Shop make every effort to ensure that this site is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any website accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Charlie's Rock Shop will not be held liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of the use of this website.
